Once on a Wild Afternoon (aka Destiny) was also played on 6-01-92
and was teased on 4.5.95, and 6.3.96. These are the only known dates.
It is speculated that the song was played twice on 9-11-92. Once by
Dave solo during this show and later that night by the full band at
"The Lodge." |

* 1st Crazy. Before Dave started Crazy, he played different chords searching for a song to play, and one of the chords he played was a rift from Once On A Wild Afternoon.
This is an Agents of Good Roots show, Dave jumped up on stage (quite intoxicated) and performed these songs.

NOTES:
The 05/11/91 Pink Warehouse show out there is really from 09/91 This show takes place before the 10/22/91 show, due to the Warehouse lyrics, but it is not the Pink Warehouse show. We know this because all tracks feature Peter on keys, and he did not join the band until 8/91. Again, a limited number of songs potentially could have been played, but for now, only speculation could narrow that list down. This performance was also the band?s first paid performance. They collected About $70 from a hat passed around during their gig. |

The tapes circulating are most likely a soundcheck. Please refer to http://db.etree.org/lookup_show.php?shows_key=127050. Do not add this to your lists.
* A portion of this jam is the same as the one Peter played on 06.01.92.
** we're going to call this one Won't Ever, because that's what Dave sings toward the middle of the jam.
*** With Kristen Ashbury.
The rest of the show is unknown. It is very possible that OSW is the first song of the night. The band might not have had time to do a full check earlier and thus did one with people already in the room.
For some reason, copies of this abbreviated show included the #36 from the 7.27.93 show. Because of the uniqueness of the lyrics from that performance (the 1st not about Chris Hani), people thought the song belonged with the 6/27 show. That is incorrect. |

Comments: Trey wore Fishman's signature dress, Les wore a pig mask for the first two songs, then a wore a black hat. Stewart's face was painted camoflauge.
%Trey quotes much of "Stash" in jam
*The Kinks cover (Trey sang)
**The Police cover (Les sang 1 verse)
# Trey was very chatty. He played his "musical costume" and sang lyrics to several
Jon Fishman classics including "Love You," "Bike," and "Cracklin' Rosie."
Trey then mentioned that "you too can buy the new medley of Jon Fishman covers for only $19.99, via K-Tel Records!"
##Trey then introduced Les as "someone who really sucks" and then introduced Stewart and said "When I was 15 years old, my biggest dream in life was to play in a band with this guy, and I will say that, so this is my 15 year old cream dream, Stewart 'The Guy Who Sold Way More Records Then Me Or Les' Copeland!" |

* - new arrangement
** - instead of the "You Wanna Fuck..." verse, Mr. Metzger sang the chorus to "Just a Friend" (Biz Markie)
*** - Mr. Southern left the stage during his bass solo and played the second half of it in the corridor leading up to the backstage area
& - Mr. Metzger used a half-full beer glass as a slide to coax extra distortion
&&& - with false start
# - several audience members held lighters in the air in arena-rock fashion, may be the first time this has ever happened at a RANA event
## - with extended freakout at end; Mr. Metzger rubbed the neck of his guitar against his amp and did the beer-glass slide thing while Mr. Durant created all kinds of noise with a mini-keyboard on the ground. Mr. Southern and Mr. Thornton left the stage while this was going on but briefly returned to do jumping jacks. Mr. Thornton later returned again to topple some of his drums.
These Bones, Red King, Sam Jayne and Corn Mo opened.
