 11/19/66 Fillmore Auditorium, San Francisco, CA  CDR      other artists on bill: james cotton blues band; lothar & the hand people. *bill graham introduces the grateful dead as "the charles atlas of the psychedelic set". a liberated bootleg cd that circulates of this show is missing the bill graham intro, has 'cold rain & snow' inserted between 'pain in my heart' and 'beat it on down the line', and is also missing 'dancin' in the streets'. **11 beat biodtl.

 ??/??/66 Acid Tests, Various, CA  CDR    Historcal Value Only  this is a placeholder entry for a circulating compilation of acid test and supplemental material from various dates. there are 3 discs' worth of '66 tests, reportedly: 1/8/66, 1/29/66, 3/12/66, 10/2/66, 10/31/66. there is an additional disc of cassady and/or jerry tracks from '65 and/or '67. individual dates for the tests will also be listed in the db. the db structure precludes the use of date-range entries.
