this was the last show of the summer tour
and the one year anniversary of Allen Woody's
passing. entire show was dedicated to Allen.
recorded, transferred and shn'ed
by bob hundertmark
fixed --d3t05 was not cut on sector boundary, fixed with shntool
this changed d3t06 also. TuneTreee
Acc. to Bob Huntermark, the first bit from the text file,
"jaimoe thanks...", was cut from the final recording, as there
was several minutes of crowd noise following, and required
an 80min disc to be used.

Downloaded from STG on 10/10/2003 with errors: TAO 2 sec gaps were encoded
into the stream and the show was not tracked properly. I decoded it, joined
the tracks in shntool, meticulously removed the gaps in EAC's wave editor using
the zero-crossing feature, then split the file into tracks using CDWave. All gaps
were exactly the same length, verfied with Zoom Full and Zero Crossing. Final
compression was done with Flac 110k. No other processing was done. There exist
a few source flaws though, relatively minor.

11 song cd , generally circulated, summer 2002 as "the band" or "the nashville sessions":
This is the Band album that was not released. The track order is the exact same as the copy the band members have, an album complete with cover art - the band huddled together staring at a TV set with the words "The Band" on the screen and Ed staring at you with the clicker in his hand. |

Both nights are excellent stereo audience recordings right up front with very little audience noise near the recorder. For the whole lotta money you may find yourself spending on this piece, Tarantura delivers major value. These 2 nights alone make most other shows from the tour sound lame in both performance and atmosphere (Plant does miss an entire section during The Song Remains the Same on the first night though). Plus there's enough of a difference between each night's set list to warrant having both shows.
