Conduction 113
Audience recording 70min master md
MD (Sharp MT20/Sony ECM-717 in the middle-left of the musicians)>CDR
Notes: El Palacio de Cristal (Glass Palace) is a very impressive place, in the middle
of a huge park in Madrid, but not very good sound into. Players were placed at
different locations, and you can also hear the sound of several fax machines located
in the ceiling (they were receiving messages from people around the world, part
of an exhibition from an european artist whose name i cannot remember right now).
Musicians recorded sounds in the morning and were played during the show.
I was talking to Butch before the conduction (Chema Chacon made him an interesting
interview) about his projects (specially his Barcelona skyscraper) and gave me a signed
program of the concert with this sentence: "Where there is no music i'm not there".
This concert was webcasted live, but i couldn't catch it that way
