Garcia plays pedal steel guitar for Slewfoot, Silver Threads, Let Me In, and Dire Wolf (which notably, Bob Weir sings lead). There is a slight dropout/splice at 1:04 in Hard To Handle. There is a splice in Mama Tried. Slewfoot cuts in near the beginning at "better get your rifles...". The first couple notes of Silver Threads are clipped. The end of Me & My Uncle is cut, with possibly a minute missing. The beginning of Doin' That Rag is clipped. The quality of the recording drops in a drastic manner at Doin' That Rag as there is a great drop in recording levels, which also begin to fluctuate at this point. The recording improves during Lovelight, which has a minor splice near the end. No noise reduction was performed. The pitch was corrected using Sound Forge.
