This show, as well as an early show on the same night, were last minute 
additions to the PMG schedule, just prior to them leaving for a series 
of dates in Japan and, later, the European tour (see MAAP 1). Before a 
hometown crowd (the PMG was based in Boston at this time), this is one 
of the most high-energy shows we've ever heard from the first PMG. 
Whereas the early show, which featured the same set list, was well-played 
if unspectacular - due perhaps to the time constraints imposed by the 
second show - this late show found the PMG free to stretch out and to 
take both old and new compositions into previously unexplored terrain. 
This early version of "As Falls Wichita," for which Pat jokingly tells the 
audience he is considering the title "I Don't Want To Get Drafted," is 
a particular highlight.  Enjoy!
