Notes:
- d1t01: Traditional Halloween show where they 'dress up' as a different
holiday. This year it was New Year's Eve 2000; the band descended from 
the rafters in futuristic chairs while the theme from "2001" played.
- d1t09: The band dropped "Happy New Year" ping-pong balls from the ceiling.
- d2t05: After Fa Fa the band counted down to "midnight" and then dropped 
balloons from the ceiling. Many pops throughout this and the next track. 
- d2t06: There was a "Y2K" power outage and the band played completely
acoustic, lit only by battery-powered flashlights.
