Notes:
----------
*	This was obtained as a DAT from Aldo Torre in Italy. I was
under the impression that it was a DAUD. It is obviously
analog in the sense that a minor hiss can be heard and there
are tape flips. I also had a low gen analog tape from Greg
Mendehlson. I had Mark Lynn convert the analog to DAT with his
Nakamichi > Lucid > Fostex analog to DAT setup. Splices of
audio where necessary were taken from this auxiliary source.
As with the many other analog > DAT sources which I am
converting for this tour, there was no DAUD copy.
*	The levels are decreased around 1:00 into OSW.
*	There is a tape flip after the statement Dave makes in memory
of Jerry Garcia's death. A fade out/in was inserted here.
*	Both the DAT and the analog in my possession contained Dancies
Nancies after the Jerry Garcia memorial statement. This song
is not listed in the DMBTA at Nancies.org. There were cuts before
and after Nancies, so it is entirely possible that the track does
not belong there. I placed fade at the beginning and end
of Nancies because of the cuts.
*	LIOG starts abruptly and had to be faded in. There is some
audio missing from the beginning of this song, a few seconds.
*	There are two digi-glitches at 5:44 and 5:47 in Warehouse. No
editing was done to this spot since I couldn't sync up the audio
from the other analog source smoothly.
*	There was a cut after Warehouse, so the disc split was placed
	here. No fades were inserted.
*	During the crowd noise intro track on disc two, there are several
dropouts of approximately 1 second each. Audio was spliced in
during these spots from the auxiliary source mentioned above.
*	There are several one second dropouts during Rhyme And Reason
	at 0:37, 1:23, 1:33, 2:20, 2:30, 3:07, 3:17, & 3:27. Audio was
spliced in during these spots again from the auxiliary source.
*	There is a cut during crowd noise after R&R. A fade out/in was
	inserted to this spot.
*	There is some weirdness at 4:20 in Ants that is present in both
sources that in my possession. Sounds like the taper pulled the
rig down, the volume gets lower, some audio is missing from this spot.
