Notes:

*	The levels were increased and then decreased in BOWA.
*	The levels were still low from the decrease in BOWA
	and so the taper increased them during #41.
*	There was a 6 second dropout in the middle of LIOG.  I
	had another DAT for this show that had this missing
	section.  You will hear the spot where I spliced it in
	because the two sources sounded different.  I matched
	up the volume levels and just did the splice as is.
	It's better than listening to 6 seconds of silence.
*	The crowd was a bit chatty and I don't think Mike was
	running on an incredibly high stand.  At the beginning
	of PFWYG you can hear him or a friend tell the people
	next to them to please be quiet because he is taping.
*	The levels were a bit hot and clipping occurs at spots.
