Notes:
----------
*	Long story made short: Most copies of this show that circulate
are missing the end of the show. There is a running story about
how the taper's batteries died out, etc. Andrew Knowles found a
complete copy of this show, probably from a patcher out of the
same Schoeps rig. It is complete and I used it to patch the end
of my DAT > SHN copy.
*	There was a cut (maybe tape flip) after Crash and a crossfade
was implemented to smooth this out.
*	Toward the end of Tripping Billies, there was a cut. I had to insert
a quick fade out and in since there is no splice of audio available.
*	There was also a fix between Billies and IBYU, done smoothly.
*	The encore break was cut out and Passion intro for Warehouse starts
abruptly. I inserted a fade out and in here.
*	There is a slight burst around 6:52 into Warehouse.
