Notes:
----------
*	This show is tracked for 80 minute discs....deal with it.
*	The pitch of the show was first verified with Henry Hart to
make sure it was up to his standards.
*	Remember, this came from cassette, so I implemented crossfades
where the tape flips were. Some are smooth, some are not.
*	The taper had some equipment issues during Two Step causing
three dropouts toward the end, two of which were during music.
The non-music dropouts were fixed with a crossfade, but the
in-music dropouts were left as is with quick fade in/out.
*	Again the taper had some equipment issues at the beginning of
Christmas Song. I was able to splice two parts together to
fix a droupout, but you can hear the taper fiddling around
with the mics still. At the end of Christmas Song, there was
also a dropout that I fixed with a crossfade.
*	There was a tape flip right at the end of Too Much as the song
was ending. I crossfaded in crowd cheering to the last 0.5
seconds of Too Much. It is not perfect, but listenable.
*	Ants Marching was cut toward the end. I did a simple fade out
and in with the encore break crowd noise.
