Notes:
- Feedback problems during Hook; taper stopped recording after the
song ended. It is unclear if this was the end of the set, as the
printed stage setlist ended the set with Rage and The Devil Went
Down To Georgia. These songs are either missing or were never
  played at the show.
- d1t05 sounds like Brendan started to play the opening of "Business
As Usual" while Chan played the opening riff to "NY Prophesie". The
band jams around for a minute and then goes into Prophesie.
- Tape flip at 4:27 of d2t04, stopped again at 6:30 of d2t05. No music
is lost. Tape stopped again before encore.
