Notes:
-Technical difficulties with the right channel mic - intermittent low-level
static throughout the show. It dies at 00:34.68 on d2t07. The left channel was
copied and pasted over the remaining channel.
-Very low levels - I attempted to normalize however it cranked up the hiss
quite a bit so I left it as-is.
-I decided to release this recording anyway because I was the only known taper
 at the show.
-Resampled and dithered with WaveLab, using Apogee's UV22 HR for dithering.
-A 24 bit/48kHz version exists separately.
