Notes:
-Technical difficulties with the right channel mic - intermittent low-level
 static throughout the show. It dies at 00:34.68 on t16. The left channel was
 copied and pasted over the remaining channel.
-Very low levels - I attempted to normalize however it cranked up the hiss
 quite a bit so I left it as-is.
-I decided to release this recording anyway because I was the only known taper
 at the show.
-A 16 bit/44.1Hz version exists separately.
