Notes:  There is a short cut during Basis for a Day.  It's less than a
second long.  The second set is the Biscuits' first performance of
Chemical Warfare Brigade.  On the "Playball" passed out before the show,
the members of the band were listed, but Marc was listed as Lukestone
Piddigan.  This is what he's talking about right before they start playing
the second set.
