Although Ellis is very taper-friendly, the venue is not. The owner would not give me a
soundboard patch or let me put up a stand in the back for that matter. He as may as well
have just said, "No happiness allowed." So, my mics were clipped to the visor of a hat,
and I put them right below the stage, in front of where I was sitting. It didn't come
out as clear or as balanced as I had hoped, but nonetheless it was one of my favorite
shows, and I hope you all enjoy it.

Many thanks go to Ellis for being so taper- and human-friendly. He's a great guy; if any
of you ever have the chance to go out and see him, by all means, do so. :-D

That's it folks, I'm lazy. No jokes this time.
