d2t01 - curiosity kills the Black Cat when he gets a little too close
to the "entertainment machine". He falls in and gets "packaged" for
the masses.

Recording notes:
- The only way to keep set continuity is to delete d2t01 and shift d3t01
to the end of disc 2, using an 80-minute disc. This makes d3 a paltry 25
minutes long and cuts out some of John's post-midnight banter. The other
option is shifting d2t01 to the end of d1 and d3t01 to the end of d2,
using two 80-minute discs.
- Some level adjustment at the beginning of d1t01; almost sounds like a
fade-in but the opening notes are just very quiet.
- Two blips during introduction before d3t03.
- Fade out/in between set II and encore was necessary; taper stopped the
tape. The cut back in was during "[You guys are fuck]ing excellent!" so
I cut what was left and faded in during the cheer afterwards.
