Show Date Venue Media Type Media Count Sound Quality Notes
01/24/70 Fillmore East CD 1 B+
02/23/70 Winterland Ballroom CD-R 1 B Gary Duncan is mixed too hot and the band is still working on the new material, but the 18 minute Gold & Silver makes it all worth it.
03/21/70 Olympic Auditorium CD-R 1 B- Peak Quicksilver but recording has been degraded over the years. 72 minute versions are muffled, run fast, are missing "Subway" and have the end of WDYL clipped. 58 minute version derives from my source tape, recorded from the original 5" reel to reel master. First 5 tracks have lost much of the highs. All of this concert should sound like Mona, Master Builders and Mojo from the 58 minute version. Still looking for a complete, pristine copy, like mine used to be.
06/13/70 Civic Auditorium CD 1 A some sound glitches during the first tune, Fresh Air, but after that, everything's fine. Nicky Hopkins' last recorded gig with the band.
05/29/71 Hollywood Palladium CD-R 1 B- I recorded this, myself. Set runs about an hour. Unfortunate tape endings in Sweet Religion and WDYL.
