- SpyWare - If you have problems viewing your list or other lists or you are redirected to a 'page not found' web site, you likely are using Internet Explorer and have ad-ware or spy-ware installed on your computer. Read up here for fixes and info.
- ViewingTips - "I can't see my list!" Look through these tips before posting to the [Forums] with your questions.
- Large lists - Large lists won't load properly, and no one can actually see them. Changing skins may help - see AllAboutSkins. You must use a Smarty skin, so why not try one that displays your artists as a pulldown (such as Smarty- Blue Shifted). Got an even bigger list? Use MultipleLists.
- "No Artist Selected" Errors - Navigating the DynamicArtistDropdown - Rather than select artists by first letter, a dynamic drop down has been put in place

- UrlShortCuts - db.etree.org has many ways to get to information. Sometimes, when giving a url, it is easiest to specify a shortcut to it rather than the fully qualified url.
- Donate - db.etree.org is hosted by http://www.ibiblio.org/ ibiblio doesn't charge anything for this hosting but it does cost them money. db.etree.org can't accept donations directly but donations to our host are greatly appreciated.

- http://www.furthurnet.org -- Furthur was another program, similar to bittorrent, for downloading live, legal music, but the site no longer exists. Sorry!
- http://www.ibiblio.org/jamz - This site has not been updated in a decade, but still hosts some Dave Matthews Band, Phish, Radiohead, Ani Difranco, Rusted Root and more.
