CommentThis was the only taper at the show and he was not able to record the 2nd set. We will likely never hear that unless this performance becomes an official release. Since you can hear Carter having sound issues throughout this set, officially releasing this show is unlikely.
Note that previously a Dave and Tim concert is listed as May 27, 1993 at the Jefferson Theater (or, alternately, the Charlottesville Performing Arts Center); however, the taper confirmed DMB was in New York City playing this show that night and his calendars from the venue confirm the date and this concert was also advertised in the New York Magazine dated May 31, 1993, so the Dave & Tim can't be the correct date.
At the Dave & Tim show, Dave mentions that his sister Jane is in attendance and that she hasn't yet seen him play with Tim (implying that this show happened after a few other Dave & Tim shows), and he also mentions that it's summertime. Since we know that Dave & Tim played at Live Arts on May 23, 1993, our best guess is that somewhere along the line the date and venue just got mixed up (the two venues in question are almost adjacent to one another) and that the May 27, 1993 Wetlands date is correct.

CommentBob Dylan's 60th birthday tribute, LFB live debut)
The band played a total of 3 Dylan tunes - tho Ted was the only "Seapod" up there for all 3. After the first tune Lo called up his former bandmates Dan "Elijah Sweets" Pifer on Bass and Aaron "Freight Train" Maxwell on guitar. They did "Simple Twist of Fate" which GSW used to play from time to time. Then Tom & Todd returned to the stage for a great version of "Visions of Joanna."
