I was at this show and can confirm that Billy played drums. This gig was at a HiFi trade show, which took up all of the Civic. The music took place in the normal stage area at that venue. Electric Hot Tuna played later that evening on the same stage, a 3+ hour set that was brutally loud, prompting me to move to the back of the hall.
