CommentA rare hot night in San Francisco. Solo acoustic show. The percussive sound heard throughout is McCoy's foot tapping/stomping. There was no amplification of the piano, just the concert grand Steinway in this beautiful and historic hall. (Trivia item: This building was the birthplace of the United Nations in June of 1945. Most of the meetings and ceremonies of the conference were held here, though the charter was signed in the adjacent Opera House.) This show was recorded professionally, and we can expect a commercial release of at least some of this concert in the future. If you enjoy this recording, please support the artist and purchase the official release when it becomes available.
