Hushabye Mountain (from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) Notes: Pink Floyd's David Gilmour performs his first solo gig in London for over a decade. His lead guitar and vocals have created a whole world of sound - expansive, engrossing, seductive. In his solo work and 30 years with the earth-force that is Pink Floyd, Gilmour has inspired our contemporary best. Technical Details: This source was recorded from Level 4 Terrace, Seat F17 (a few rows behind the mixing desk, and slightly stage left). This recording has never departed the digital domain. Exact lineage is as follows: Sony ECM-717 (stereo electret condenser mic) > Sony MZ-R30 (automatic leveling) > SONY MDSJB940 > optical link > PHILIPS CDR785 > CDR > EAC > CEPro > CDR. Artwork can be found at: http://www.winntia.com/html/meltdown.htm Free Range Pigs would like to thank the following people for their contributions to this effort: Andy Saitel for graciously providing the source Zoltan Toth for providing Project Management and Quality Assurance services Mark Gunzinger for providing Transfer and Quality Assurance services Doug Collins for providing Quality Assurance services Kevin Jowers for providing Artwork services Scott DeShields for providing Distribution services and coordination Without these guys, none of this would have been possible. We'd also like to thank Bob Cooney, Guy St. John, Luca Benporath, Zoltan Kozak, and Mike McInnis. We'd be remiss not to include Zeedox for his encouragement during the process, and for entertaining the troops while we waited for the finished product :)

Web Info: http://members.home.com/kinddubs E-Mail: kinddubs@home.com JAY'S PERSONAL COMMENTS: It's REALLY AMAZING that I find a LOT of 1966-68 shows which sound better than a lot of the 1970's reel to reel-originated shows, and even a lot of the early PCM shows. NOTE: When PCM was first made available on the commercial market, it was only limited to 8 bit quality sound, and would only work with certain Sony BetaMax videocassette decks. As time and technology grew, the PCM units became easier to use, they would work will almost ANY VCR (be it VHS or the now-dying BetaMax formats)... and finally they were able to get 16-bit sound to work CORRECTLY around the mid-1980's. But, a little known factoid about the sound quality: the Dead weren't always the ones who were setting up the RTR decks. The record companies were bringing in the Otari 2" 4 and 8 track decks which ran at a minimum of 15 i.p.s., and were able to be better calibrated to more brands and formulations of open reel tape. This is why a lot of these shows sound so pristine... but yet there were a lot of reel changes (when there weren't two RTR decks there... one to run, and the other on "standby" so that the recording could be started as the first deck began to run out of tape! So, this is why some shows literally have no gaps where the reels were changed! It is my understanding that for this show, a single Otari 4 track 1" wide tape running at 7.5 i.p.s. was used. Some of the songs from this Fillmore run were going to be used as promos, and possibly as a live album early on. The record companies were REALLY hot on the Dead, and they wanted the Boyz to also try new songs to see how they would be received by the audience, as well as how they would sound live. Hence, "one-offs" like In The Pines, Cardboard Cowboy, were played, and then evaluated by the record companies. The PCM archive tape is deteriorating, as can be heard in the left (vocals) channel (only). On very loud vocal peaks, you can just hear a very slight distortion. It's not really as bad as it look "in print", but it can be heard. Again, it's only during the loudest vocals, and not on any of the instruments (right channel). This is a problem inherent to ALL tape-based media, in that it will deteriorate over time. Thank goodness that the Vault is very regulated as far as it's climate, air quality and purity, and that a lot of shows are being re-archived onto non-tape-based media. In The Pines and Cardboard Cowboy are FIRST / LAST / ONLY TIMES PLAYED songs. In The Pines is good, a song of sorrow. But Cardboard Cowboy, I can live without. It just doesn't "make it" with me. Other people like it, maybe because it's very rare to hear a good quality copy of it, or to even hear it at all, or just because it's a Dead song... who knows?!?!? The entire show had an "energy" to it, but not a very high level. There weren't any real between-song lulls like we've come to expect, and sometimes it can be heard when the guitars are slightly out of tune (and adjusted during the songs). Bobby is pretty prominent in the mix, Pig's organ is really present (no dirty jokes, please!), but Jerry's guitar, depending on the song and how attentive the engineers were at any point in time, was either present, low volume (being picked up by the other instrument microphones nearby, or "invisible" for very short periods of time. It never ceases to amaze me that audio engineers, especially with the Dead and the Fillmore's own crew, who were excellent most of the time, could be so ignorant of the fact that things weren't right! But, that just makes the show all that much more interesting, I would imagine! This is the ENTIRE show... all songs are included, so you get the "feel" of how things were played back then. Short sets, a lot of bands for the evening, nothing like what we've been accustomed to for the past 20 years. I personally did see a few of these "huge number of artists" shows back in my early days, and it had a circus-like atmosphere sometimes. Depending on who was playing, everyone shared everyone else's amps, drum sets, etc. Even the Dead did, though they would bring out quite a bit of their own equipment to supplement what was on stage. And there was only about 10-15 minutes between acts, so either you rushed to the washroom, or you "held it in" for 3-plus hours. The Fillmore did have a curfew, which USUALLY was enforced, but sometimes they would run over. Bill Graham always tried to orchestrate the start time of the shows so that every group got a pretty good amount of time, but there were a number of shows where some groups only got to play 3 or 4 songs, as the band(s) before them ran long, or the "headline" act(s) were going to play long. As with the 7/16/66 show which I uploaded here, this show will fit onto a single 74-minute CD (in fact, you can put BOTH the 7/16/66 and 7/17/66 shows onto a single 74-minute CD with 2 minutes to spare!). NONE of the shows I upload to GDLive will ever require "overburning", as that goes against a number of industry standards (one being that the maximum allowable recording time be 76:14). And some people's equipment cannot play back correctly the 80 minute discs which are prevalent lately. Not to mention that unless your CD-R/RW recorder specifically is made to record 80 minute discs, there's going to be problems with the recording (it's technical, but the abbreviated version is that the stepping motor, which positions the recording laser, can only be positioned in certain designated spots, and cannot go "between" point A and point B on the disc... if it tries to, it can partially overwrite what has been already recorded onto the media). Enjoy the show! PERSONAL RATINGS: (on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being excellent) Audio Mix: 9.2 (Jerry's disappearing act is what lowered this rating) Audio Quality: 9.7 Energy Level: 8.5 Show "Completeness": 10.0 (entire set) Song Selection: For the time period, nothing out of the ordinary at all. Surprises: In The Pines and Cardboard Cowboy

The only editing was to remove approximately 4 minutes and 22 seconds of repeated material on the DAT during the banter between Top of the World and Cosmic Charlie. I also removed a couple of minor pops. Other than that, no editing was done. The breaks between each CD were breaks that were already present on the DAT. The only addition was 2 seconds of silence prior to the start of disc 3. Enjoy! rod@nycheads.com From: David Hollister Subject: A show to be heard Hi folks, I am just now putting the finishing touches on a 3 CD set of the Fillmore West show from 6/7/70. This show is very interesting, and in my opinion is crying to be heard. Here's some interesting tidbits about the show. Set list (broken down by CD) CD 1: Acoustic Set Don't Ease, Silver Threads, My Dog Has No Nose, Friend of the Devil, Candyman, Cold Jordon, Swing Low Sweet Chariot, Cumberland Blues, Me & My Uncle, New Speedway Boogie CD 2: Electric Set Cryptical -> Drums -> Other One -> Cryptical -> Drums -> The Main Ten -> Sugar Magnolia* CD 3: Electric Set (continued) Louie Louie Jam, It's A Man's World, Mama Tried, Top of the World, banter, Cosmic Charlie, Casey Jones, Good Lovin' -> Drums -> Good Lovin' The total running time is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, give or take a few minutes. Note: There is a cut (reel splice I assume) during Casey Jones. Interesting info that makes this show so cool: During the little drumming interlude prior to the Other One, there is some woman you can hear ranting and raving and generally going on about Viet Nam. It would seem the band kind of lets her state her piece in its entirety before going into the Other One. Very cool. The whole second CD is very cool. The jam after the Cryptical reprise is great. It goes into a kind of lulling drum beat which goes on for a few minutes (what I called Drums again, even though it isn't in the official setlist) before Phil takes it up and you hear the definite Main Ten bass line. A great Main Ten jam that goes on for about 4 1/2 minutes or so before Bobby takes it into Sugar Magnolia. First version of Sugar Magnolia. Very cool :) No, it doesn't rock, but up until now, the earliest version I'd ever heard was the one from the famed 6/24/70 Cap Theater show, which I thought was unusual enough to be of historical significance. This one is also interesting historically. Between Top of the World and Casey Jones the band sits around talking to the crowd and deciding what to play next. What kills me is Bobby's comment: "Hey, there's a guy over there, he's always over there and he always yells out 'Golden Road!'. I wanna know who he is, because man, you really take the cake. To tell you the truth we've forgotten how to play that song" or something like that. You can also hear several suggestions for songs, among them "White Rabbit", which cracks up the crowd. Great stuff. Let's get it out there. The acoustic set is pretty straight-forward, but it's the electric set I think that really shines. The boys just seems to be having a great time the whole show.

I cleaned up the interference in the form of an annoying whine in the same manner as I did other Port Chester shows (2/18,2/21,2/23,2/24). However, I used two different programs to do so. For disks 1 and 2, I used Diamond Cut Audio Restorations Tools Notch Filter, with a filter width of 0.03 to 0.04 octaves, centered on ~8000 Hz, or wherever the whine happened to be. I used Sound Forge Noise Reduction Plugin, centering on the whine, for disc 3. Why two different programs? I began work on this show about a month ago. I recently purchased the DCART program after hearing it being widely regarded as one of the best (affordable) programs out there for cleaning up audio. Let your ears judge which is best if you can tell the difference. I found the DCART notch filter to be the better tool for the job, while the SFNR plugin is flexible enough to be used as a notch filter. I also realized long after I was into cleaning this show up that others have done so before me on this particular show. I'd be interested in any feedback as to how my show compares to other efforts! I used the narrowest filters I could without going bonkers. In some sections of the show the whine wandered quickly, forcing me to use lots of different filters over a small portion of the show. 03/18/78 Warner Theater (Early) SHN 1 BAND: JERRY GARCIA BAND SHOW DATE: 03/18/78 VENUE: WARNER THEATRE LOCATION: WASHINGTON, DC SET(S): ENTIRE LATE SHOW LINEAGE SBD > FM PRE-BROADCAST MASTER RTR > FM CASS. MASTER (Dolby B encoded) > SSSB (Dolby B decoded) AUDIO RATING: AR2 MEDIA REQUIRED: DAT: 1x120 min. CD-R / MINI DISC: 2 RE-RELEASED ON: 11/30/01 JAY'S PERSONAL COMMENTS: Yes, I know it's been a short time since this show was originally released, but the radio station sent me a slightly better copy to work with, for which I'm thankful. Not as "compressed and limited", and with the original Dolby B left encoded. This version was a direct-to-cassette of the "re-broadcast" FM radio station's RTR of the show. While the actual show took place on 3/18/78, this re-broadcast was done on the next day (Sunday) starting at 1 PM EST. This show's reels were directly recorded onto the cassette, and I as told that the two "missing songs" (Mystery Train and I Second That Emotion) were NOT played during the rebroadcast (DAMN!). On the master I received, there is NO splice/edit/gap/etc. between Simple Twist Of Fate and Midnight Moonlight. The applause, the 3 idiots yelling for songs, etc. were continuous, and as much as I tried, I could not find anywhere where these 2 songs would have "gone". I may be wrong, but when you hear this show, I think you will agree! Ok, so why did I release this show? Given the fact that my Marin County source sent me the MASTERS of the 3/19 show of the following night, I thought it would be nice to release these as a "pair", because of the run involved. There isn't any of the diginoise I encountered on the original copy I received, so editing was a snap. The only problem is there is a slight amount of low-volume "tick" noise about once per song. I chalk this up to poor storage of the original master reels of the show at the FM station (it's a small station, and doesn't have a "proper storage facility". Enough of the technical stuff. You know what to expect (it's not 100% perfect, but it's 95% excellent, and that's very good in any engineer's book!) as far as the "sound quality" goes, so let's move on to the show itself. Donna Jean Godchaux: sometimes that name sends shivers down the spines of many a Deadhead, and mental visions of these people "cringing in fear" of her "singing" is hilarious. I'm sure you've all heard shows she's sung on where, in my favorite term, she scream like "a mad cow in heat". But she actually DID (and still does from what I'm told) have a very good voice, great dynamic range, and a wonderful tone to her voice, if she could hear herself through the onstage monitors or in a studio. Well, fear not, she is WONDERFUL in this show. Not a "howl or scat" anywhere! Keith Godchaux: again, visions of him having to be woken up on stage (I personally was at a few shows this happened at) spring up, when he was "declining". Yet he was an excellent piano player, and during most Dead shows, he filled in quite nicely. Keith had a good ear for knowing what to play, when to play it, and how loud or soft. He was a great "fit" in the Dead's overall sound. And in this show, HE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! He has a few small solos here and there, and it was great to hear him tinkle the ivories. His fills in each song were right on the money, he never tried to overshadow anyone, he never "hung in the background" afraid to play either, he was just always there. Unless you listen for him, he's not "out front", but you know if he wasn't playing, that there really would be a big piece of the music missing. He was just that good in my opinion. With the Dead or with Jerry, I think he was the "best balanced" of all the Dead's keyboard players. Keith was never a show-off, he kept his solos to a minimum, but again, his keyboard playing and his rather unique way of filling in the music earned my respect from the very first time I heard him. Maria Muldaur: Most everyone thinks of her as the "Midnight At The Oasis" girl, as that's her only "hit". But I best remember her for her Dan Hicks & His Lot Licks days. She has a voice that is easy to pick out from any other female singer, and she's also an excellent vocalist overall. At one show I was at, my then fiancee (now wife) and I were sitting less than 3 feet from her at this little venue in Evnaston, IL when we saw Dan Hicks play (and yes, I tried to sneak a peek up her skirt, but it was almost floor-length... I'm a bad boy!). Maria and Donna, in this show, really played off each others' vocals. They had non-harmony as well as harmony parts, both in background vocals on most songs, but she shined when the song "I'll Be There With Thee" was sung. A gospel song by nature, Maria and Donna were the lead vocalists, and JERRY did the fill-in parts during the choruses. A bit out of the ordinary, but it worked, and worked very nicely. Lonesone and A Long Way from Home showed the harmony these two ladies could do so well, and it was wonderful and quite enjoyable to listen to. Jerry... what can one say?!?!? He was UP for this show, no doubt about it. Even though it was the 2nd show of the day, he never lost the energy he's noted for. Crisp vocals, you can almost picture him SMILING when he sang most of the songs. His riffs, solos, fills, are were just right on the money, and the entire band was in sync for this show. Upbeat, full of life, he really meant it when he thanked the audience, not just giving the crowd a "mandatory" salutation at the end. BONUS: THIS SHOW FEATURED THE ONLY "PALM SUNDAY" EVERY PLAYED. It's a very short song, about 3 minutes in length, akin to what "And We Bid You Good Night" would be like. Not accapella, but full-band, and I believe this show WAS done the night before Palm Sunday (I don't have a calendar that goes back that far, sorry!! It's a song I wish he would have kept in his repertoire and worked on a little more, as it could have been a very nice, mid-length song. But, it was only a one-off, and we have to accept that. I really enjoyed the very long "Lonesome And A Long Way From Home"... it was short enough to start with, and then it slowed down a bit... the band went into "Space" for a short time (only about 4 minutes), then a very energetic Lonesome Jam" came in, with no "signs" of the "Lonesome" song in it for a while. That went on for a LONG time. And, no Donna Jean "scat singing", just the musicians playing very nicely together and off of each other. Then you began to hear little "hints" of the Lonesome in Jerry's riffs, and you knew it was coming back around for a good reprise. And then it wound down, and Jerry went back into "Lonesome...". Wonderfully done, and there was no "muddled" segue. It was just perfect! And the song itself, it holds a lot of meaning for Jerry, and for a lot of us in the "community". It almost could be a "sister song" for "I'll Be With Thee". Jerry, no matter what incarnation of his band, always knew how to take a great Gospel song, and make it enjoyable, making sure it wasn't sacreligious in how it was playede, but yet not being a "preaching song" either. He was simply making "statements" when he thought the time was right". He had a wonderful of doing this, and I am forever greatful that we are blessed with these recordings of his. Technically, I wish the show was mixed a little better, as it's close to being mono, but there is separation. Keith is in the left channel, Donna in the right, Maria in the left, and Jerry (as always), center. I believe it was the FM station's mix of the 4-track feed, not the venue's that made it sound this way. But it is still a very enjoyable show from start to finish, with one exception: there were a couple of boys (I won't go as far as to call them "men") who, between songs, kept yelling (and very loudly close to the on-stage ambience microphones) for a couple of songs. I had to laugh when one of them screamed for "Eyes Of The World"!!! This same jerk begged Jerry to let him up on stage with him. I'm surprised that Jerry never used to get really pissed off at idiots like that. It would irritate almost every other musician around to hear some drunken idiot screaming for songs like this bozo (and 2 others) did all night. But Jerry was probably in his own little world, or just being a gentleman, and he never gave these people the satisfaction of acknowledging them (hooray for Jerry). I've heard Bob and Phil get steamed a few time during some '70's shows, but Jerry probably just smiled to himself and kept quiet. Once I got to hear the entire show, when I was auditioning it before making the masters, I was really impressed by this incarnation of Jerry's band. Some "versions" I liked better than others (never cared for Sarah Fulcher), but I thought they all were very good in their own way. If you're a JGB fan, you may want to overlook the "mix" factor and the occasional (rare) low-volume clicks, and get this show. It's very nice to listen to on a rainy day/night... not really a fast-paced show, but a nice mixture of faster/slower/gospel songs that just fit in nicely with each other. I would not have changed the order the songs were sung in if I made up the set list, as they seemed to be a great "fit right" in the order they were played. PERSONAL RATINGS: (on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being excellent) Audio Mix: 7.5 (the mostly "centered" mix should have had more separation) Audio Quality: 8.5 (the few clicks and low-level high frequencies, due to the Dolby B) Energy Level: 9.5 Show "Completeness": 10.0 Song Selection: 9.7 (were the 2 songs I mentioned actually played that night?) Surprises: The only "Palm Sunday" as well as the Lonesome > Space > Jam > Lonesome Reprise

A brief dropout at the very beginning of Favela, minor mix/level issues here and there, minor tape degradation here and there, but none of it detracts from the listening experience (imho). Notes from the anonymous seed provider: The 8/30/74 is slightly out of order when compared to Deadbase & my old analog copy. However, this came from Dick->my source->me, so I left it as-is. I have always really enjoyed this one & the upgrade took me 5 years to track down.

However, their next show - 11/3/83, basement of Slade Hall, UVM - was; I think it was taped on a boom box with condenser mics and the tape is entirely over-saturated and distorted. The tape was labeled with felt tip on masking tape and appears to have resided on someone's car floor or dashboard for a few years. No, copies of this tape are not available - but I can try to post the setlist some day, if I ever figure it out. ;-)"

05/09/77 Oakland Coliseum SHN 2 Animal Instincts Harvested CDR 014 9 May 1977, Oakland Coliseum, California, USA This two CD set features a complete show from the 1977 Animals tour (aka 'In The Flesh' tour). It's notable for it's very good performance and the rare encore of 'Careful With That Axe, Eugene'. A song that hadn't been played for a few years at that time and has never ever been played since then. 'Roger Waters' shows some real venom in 'Pigs' and 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond, pt.VI-XI' features some outstanding jamming which cannot be heard on the original studio recording. It's an audience recording but of such good quality that this show has been bootlegged many times. Titles like 'Oakland Coliseum', 'Plays the Animals' and 'In The Flesh' are among the most popular and common boots. This release however is being brought on the 'Harvested' label. The people behind Harvested, have made it their mission to improve existing boots into something better. The sound on this release is superiour to all those other bootlegs and probably you won't find any better source. The bonus track 'Pigs On The Wing' is a studio recording but not as can be found on the 'Animals' album. In the mid-seventies there was a format called 8-track. A kind of tape that could be played continously. In order to seague from the end of the tape back to the beginning the band recorded a version where 'Pigs On The Wing, pt.1' and Pigs On The Wing, pt.2' were bridged by a guitar solo. The solo however is not played by Dave Gilmour but by Snowy White. [15' Shure S-15A mic stand, fully extended.] If you're interested, the stand was located in the center of the taper's section, on the right edge next to the left side of the center "aisle" that divided the section. It was lucky to make it through both nights without being touched by a balloon. Originally recorded at 48 KHz on [DDS tapes] DAT. The same DA-P1 was used to play back the master tape (within a week of the show) into the computer (Pentium III 600MHz, 512MB RAM) via coax (Monster) cable into the sound card (Creative Live! Platinum 5.1) and is recorded to my hard drive using Cool Edit Pro, which also did the sample rate conversion to 44.1 KHz. Editing for CD (including fades) were added using Cool Edit Pro. If you got a CD directly from me: Feurio was used to assign tracks to the [single] wave file and burn the CDs. SHN files: CD-WAVE was used to break the wave file into separate (track) wave files, and mkw Audio Compression Tool was used to compress to shorten. ******************************* Taper's Notes: The performance itself was top-notch, so I'm glad the tape came out well. I humbly think that this is a great sounding recording, and is completely worth a good listen. There are absolutely no "glitches" to endure in the recording, and there is more than 12 hours of music. There are, however, two "caveats" that should be included for the more obsessive [like me] among us: 1) THE FIRST SET (Although I like the way it sounds...) The first set of the first show [RatDog 12/30] was taped without any "pad", but I didn't like the way the deck's level indicators behaved [due to the shotgun capsules' extra-mighty ability to gather sound], so after that set I switched on the Tascam's 20dB pad and all the rest of the sets were recorded with the pad. I'm glad I did that because I like the final result much better. Turning the pad on allows me to turn up the input levels and get a livelier response from the Tascam. I think the character of the sound improved, too. But you might never have known if I didn't say so. :-) 2) THE ONLY [fixed] "FLAW" (I truly doubt you'll ever hear where it was...) I fixed it, so this recording you have is entirely without glitches, no worries. But for those of you who read this far, you must be into this stuff, so: In the Crusader Rabbit set, during "The Wheel", while they are singing, my master DAT tape had a very slight (far less than a second) dropout. it was powerfully annoying, but easily fixable by copying a similar far less than a second from the next verse, while they are singing the same part of the same word, and gently easing it into the little gap. You'll never notice. I don't mind it at all, and I'm picky about that kind of stuff. Anyway, I'm really happy with the results, so clear 12 hours on your schedule... Kevin

10/11/99 Swindlefish Saloon SHN 2 10-11-99 The Late Show Swindlefish Saloon Athens, OH Taper: Jordan Braunstein Schoeps CMC64 > Sonosax > Panasonic SV-255 FOB 5' from stage X-fer: Jordan Braunstein Tascam DA-P1 > Audio Magic Presto II digi-cable > Opcode DATport > CDwav > Cool Edit 3 discs. This was by far the best Wooten gig I had attended of the last three I had seen. There were two shows, an early one and a late one, each costing $10 to get inside. We drove down in time for the early one, only to find that the late show had been sold out for some time. Oh well, we figured, if we're hardcore enough to stay for the first one, they'll probably just let us stay for the late one. Not so. The first show finished after only 1.5 hrs. and the bartenders asked us to tear down and clear out so they could sweep the floors and start letting in people for the second show. CRAP! My buddy and I went into the bathroom to hide, thinking maybe they wouldn't spot us. The bartender walked into the john and we started acting like we were washing our hands. He gave us a funny look and walked out. 5 minutes later, he walks back in and we start acting like we're using the urinals. "Uh, guys? You really have to leave now", he said. CRAP! We walk back into the bar and start begging the sound guy to let us stay because we're the only tapers who showed up. He laughs and walks off, bartenders now flanking us on all sides while I'm tearing everything down. Outside, we start looking for tickets with 15 minutes til showtime. We aren't doing so good for a while and I'm thinking we should just punt and go to a bar somewhere until someone walks up with an extra. It is decided that I will go back in first and set the rig back up and tape alone if need be. I go in and start setting up, the people I'm with show up one by one with smiles on their faces. Apparently, there were some extra tickets going around. This time, the place is PACKED. No room to move, let alone dance. I couldn't believe the turnout at the late show! People are psyched and really drunk. The show lasted 3.5 hrs. I won't try to review the show, just listen to it for yourself. I will say that the band was extremely jazzed to receive such a large and supportive turnout at Ohio University. These guys just wouldn't stop playing! The whole show metamorphosed from a classic funk show (like the other Vic shows) to next-level jamming People were falling down from exhaustion and Victor's bass-slapping took on a rhythmic trance-like state. People were walking out of the club only able to communicate in bass-speak. BBRRRIICK. BWAMP. BOWMP. BOWMP. Nobody gave up and left prematurely, though. Folks were in it for the long haul. The third disc of this show contains the 50 minute encore. One song. I would highly recommend downloading this whole show in its entirety. Sure it takes three discs and 3.5 hrs of your time to digest, but you'll be glad you sat through the whole thing. Plus it'll make me feel better because of what we had to go through to bring you this tape. Enjoy. Jordan P.S. thanks to Ben Mohr and Nick Van Gundy for hosting this show on their servers!
