09/03/25 Orlando FL Flac First show of the Happy Endings tour. The band is well rehearsed and the performance was incredible. They pretty much trainwrecked Only Happy When It Rains but that was the only fiasco that I noticed. I've never pulled a good recording from this venue being somewhere other than right under the p.a. Now this recording was going smoothly until a group of screaming females moved in behind me right before (what else?) Cherry Lips. In Audition I had to manually decrease their 13 atrocities by 6db and I also slightly lifted the highs with the E.Q. and did a hard limit to -.1db with a 4db boost. Let's stay hopeful that Garbage will be back in action once the music industry sorts out a way to keep artists paid what they rightfully earn. Cover art is included in the torrent and I hope you all enjoy the show. -kevdogg

Sound changes throughout show, mostly low vocals at times. No EQ applied, a ton of edits and fixes though. There are many edits where I squashed loud screamers, sometimes sounds like AGC on drugs. Mic is muffled during 1st track and a half. First 2 tracks have the most crowd noise....a lot less after track 5.

10/25/95 Buffalo NY 1 FLAC Good show. Audio is pretty good. There are some small glitches, and some songs cut into each other, only really cutting out the crowd noise, but this is only for a few songs. After Lunchbox, there is a bad track drop into Sweet Dreams, really is the worse thing about this recording.

11/04/95 New York NY 1 FLAC Decent show. Audio is fairly brickwalled and bassy. There is quite a bit of distortion through-out this show. Show starts in the middle of "Wrapped In Plastic", and ends after "Smells Like Children", which would mean that this is incomplete.

11/22/96 Santiago Chile 1 FLAC One of the best early manson recordings, probably from a TV broadcast with commercials and interviews cut out. Sound quality is just the best you can have The performance itself is nice, manson fucks up in 1996 at the last part. he sings the second couplet again instead of the last one.

01/10/97 Denver CO 1 Flac An early '97 show with the new setlist. One of the only ACSS shows that "Get Your Gunn" was not performed. Pretty bad audio, it's distant, very bassy and distorted.
02/14/97 Dayton OH 1 Flac
02/18/97 Troy NY 1 FLAC This show features one of the last performances of 'chriptorchid' and Zim Zum messing up the start of 'little horn'. From a recording perspective, this is one of the few DATs of manson from this era and recieved little circulation because of the video of the same date that had reached pretty mass circulation for the time.

08/20/97 Hamburg Germany 1 Flac This one was a bad sounding Soundboard recording, ripped from a dvd and the audio codec was LPCM (so it's lossless)created a wider stereo image, equalized the tracks and removed hiss but not to much so the loss of audio is reduced. Now these tracks are truely listenable in the best quality.

09/04/97 New York NY 1 DVD Pro-Shot Pal. This is a direct capture of the dvb satellite signal. The dvd might not play on all dvd players since the video's resolution isn't standard compliant. This is how mtv central broadcasted it and I chose not to recode it to a compliant resolution to preserve the maximal quality. This is as best as it can get. Unfortunately there are a few seconds missing at the beginning.

12/31/98 Las Vegas NV 2 Flac Horrible show. Almost everything you can think of is wrong with this one. Muffled, barely audible, tape warp, a loud buzz in the right speaker, and a bit more. 04/20/99 Rosemont IL 2 Flac This isn't a very good recording. It's an older show from a very rough tour for Manson in general and this was the same day as Columbine.

04/24/99 Madison WI 1 FLAC
06/27/99 Munich Germany 1 FLAC Audio is a bit wavey. This is a short set because Manson was in a bad mood and leaves the stage after 4 songs. He even leaves earlier in the show, in the middle of 'Great Big White World', leaving the band to just play the music.
07/04/99 Wiesen Austria 1 FLAC
07/09/99 Belfort France 1 FLAC Decent show. Audio is quite brickwalled causing a bit of distortion. Very loud crowd next to the taper.

08/08/99 Fuji Japan 1 FLAC I'm not sure how much, if any, of the show is missing, but it seems a bit short. It's not too good a recording, but songs 1 and 5 were never played that much, and the show seems to start with Astonishing Panorama instead of the usual Reflecting God (unless it just got cut from the recording, which isn't too unlikely considering this is just over an hour). This is also the last Mechanical Animals show.

09/15/03 Melbourne Australia 2 FLAC The sound changes a little from time to time because of hiding the MD from security. Recently re-transferred/mastered show (December 2005). 09/18/07 Mexico City Mexico 1 FLAC I had mic battery problems during the first 3 tracks. I recovered what I could, so those songs doesn't sound that great. Better than nothing I guess. Manson was disappointed with the crowd's response, he took a LONG time to return for the encore. The list at the console said they were supposed to play 'Are You The Rabbit?' before 'The Beautiful People'. They didn't.

02/20/08 San Francisco CA 1 FLAC Source 2. This recording ends during Coma White, after you hear a security guard ask taper what he's doing. The sound is pretty bad - in some ways better and some ways worse than the other source. Recording seems to be more distorted during louder parts but it's also much easier to understand Manson when he speaks. Another problem with this recording - random seconds are missing. There are sudden jumps and I don't know why.
02/20/08 San Francisco CA 2 Flac The sound is pretty good, some crowd chatter but not bad. The 1st hour the in house sound mix must have been messed up as the instruments are much louder than Manson, but it is cleared up later.

05/08/09 West Palm Beach FL 2 FLAC First show of the tour. This is a fantastic recording by Jon. Very crisp and just amazing quality! This is what you expect out of high quality gear! The only things done to this recording is I matrixed the left and right channels together, because the left channel was only schoeps and then the right was only the AKGs. So I matrixed both channels with each other about 45%. I then went on to amplify up to (just under peak) 0db. Nothing was done on the EQ side because there was no need. Here is the first night of the tour in high audio quality.

05/10/09 Atlanta GA 1 DVD -About a 5 sec cut in Heresy where the camcorder shut off. -Tape ran out about 2 minutes into Head Like a Hole. -Another brief cut during Head Down where the camcorder shut off. -Strobe lights kept messing with the auto focus and steady cam which caused blurry pictures and shaking. This is the first show I've ever tried to record and it shows. There are a few scenes where heads get cut because I was trying to enjoy the show while taping (harder than I thought). The camcorder jumps all over the place in the beginning, but it does get a little better into the show. Picture-wise there are a lot of problems too as the lights were messing with the auto-focus and it would take a while for it to clear up (by which time there were MORE lights). The strobe lights also messed with the steady-cam causing a lot of shaking in the picture. I couldn't get the letterbox feature to work on my Mac so it's all in 16:9.
05/12/09 Austin TX 1 DVD OldManPolk DVD Source. Only took about three seconds worth of audio off the camera's source and blended it in with an excellent recording supplied by tooligan (http://tooligan.infinitehosting.net). The video is a bit shaky and out of focus in a few spots, but that's mostly during the first few songs as I had a couple of jump-and-pumpers right in front of me before they shuffled up closer to the front.
05/12/09 Austin TX 2 FLAC Transfer: MD Source - Sony MZ-R50 > Line In > WaveLab > CEP > WAV > FLAC Hi-MD Source - Sony MZ-RH910 > USB > WaveLab > FLAC. minor mishap of my AT831s coming unplugged from the batt box, luckily I noticed near the end of Sin or I would only have my regular MD source. The first two songs are from my regular MD, and the Hi-MD source comes in about 3:32 into Sin. The Hi-MD audio is untouched as I don't feel it needed any touching up at all, it sounds fantastic.

12/12/09 Antwerpen Belgium 2 Flac Correct Date 12-10-2010. Some songs are distorted because the public was pretty wild and kept pushing us forward. As I was second row there wasn't much space to go to so we got squeezed quite a lot wich switched the gain on the batterybox over from -27 to +30, and that's a lot.... Unfortunatly this happend more then once ruining a big part of some songs...

03/18/08 Evansville IN 1 FLAC Awesome show. Very high intensity in the room for these bands. I was able to tape from the floor of the arena, which had limited ammount of people, so i was able to avoid the crowd for the most part. I apologize for the small amount of talking, (there were 2 females in the group i went with, it was inevitable). Also, during the first two songs of seether's set, i had a heck of a time getting my right mic clipped onto my collar properly. You may notice a little rustling.

07/18/09 Commerce City CO 2 FLAC Remaster notes: I did take only the left channel of the raw file and then lowered the loudest screams, cut out some of the talking between songs, and shortened the intro and outro. thats about it, seems cleaner to me, a bit less abrasive an experience imo. Jambi still ruff as I was being tossed around so much. i was way too close to the stacks causing this recording to be quite bassy and brickwalled. I tried to clean it up as best i could in mastering but, whatever.
