incomplete recording? / listen for the taper talking about "going up there" assuming hes moving to the front / once he gets settled, the recording becomes clear as 'lunchbox' starts / resonably balanced with minimal crowd noise & a faint hiss filling out the background |

Good show. Audio is pretty good. There are some small glitches, and some songs cut into each other,
only really cutting out the crowd noise, but this is only for a few songs. After Lunchbox, there is a bad track
drop into Sweet Dreams, really is the worse thing about this recording. |

Decent show. Audio is fairly brickwalled and bassy. There is quite a bit of distortion through-out this show. Show starts in the middle of "Wrapped In Plastic", and ends after "Smells Like Children", which would mean that this is incomplete. |

A decent but not great sounding recording from the end of the SLC tour. Includes notable performances of 'minute of decay' and 'dirt'. The tracks particularly the first few) are cut bad and include two songs each. |

One of the best early manson recordings, probably from a TV broadcast
with commercials and interviews cut out.
Sound quality is just the best you can have
The performance itself is nice, manson fucks up in 1996 at the last part.
he sings the second couplet again instead of the last one. |

This show features one of the last performances of
'chriptorchid' and Zim Zum messing up the start
of 'little horn'. From a recording perspective,
this is one of the few DATs of manson from this
era and recieved little circulation because of
the video of the same date that had reached
pretty mass circulation for the time. |

This one was a bad sounding Soundboard recording, ripped from a dvd and the audio codec was LPCM (so it's lossless)created a wider stereo image, equalized the tracks and removed hiss but not to much so the loss of audio is reduced.
Now these tracks are truely listenable in the best quality.

Pro-Shot Pal. This is a direct capture of the dvb satellite signal. The dvd might not play on all dvd players since the video's resolution isn't standard compliant. This is how mtv central broadcasted it and I chose not to recode it to a compliant resolution to preserve the maximal quality. This is as best as it can get. Unfortunately there are a few seconds missing at the beginning. |

Horrible show. Almost everything you can think of is wrong with this one. Muffled, barely audible, tape warp, a loud buzz in the right speaker, and a bit more.
Basically best kept for Manson completest's. "Last Day On Earth" is preformed, but it is too bad the show is crap.

Audio is a bit wavey. This is a short set because Manson was in a bad mood and leaves the stage after 4 songs. He even leaves earlier in the show, in the middle of 'Great Big White World', leaving the band to just play the music. |

I'm not sure how much, if any, of the show is missing, but it seems a bit short. It's not too good a recording, but songs 1 and 5 were never played that much, and the show seems to start with Astonishing Panorama instead of the usual Reflecting God (unless it just got cut from the recording, which isn't too unlikely considering this is just over an hour). This is also the last Mechanical Animals show. |

The sound changes a little from time to time because of hiding the MD from security. Recently re-transferred/mastered show (December 2005). Sounds heaps better (no brickwalling mainly). Sound is still a tad bassy (due to heavy bass at show). This re-transfer was done from an MD clone of the original master MD. There are ZERO glitches (index or otherwise) in this show.

(PAL/DD2.0) Good shot, but the transfer is analog and very very bad (low bitrate), the picture is full of mpeg artefacts and pixellated at times. That's a pity and makes it a pain to watch.

I had mic battery problems during the first 3 tracks. I recovered what I could, so those songs doesn't sound that great.
Better than nothing I guess. Manson was disappointed with the crowd's response, he took a LONG time to return for the encore.
The list at the console said they were supposed to play 'Are You The Rabbit?' before 'The Beautiful People'. They didn't.

PAL. Fantastic show here. There are 2 sources of this show, this is byfar the best! 1 or 2 Security ducks, still a fantastic show.

Source 2. This recording ends during Coma White, after you hear a security guard ask taper what he's doing. The sound is pretty bad - in some ways better and some ways worse than the other source. Recording seems to be more distorted during louder parts but it's also much easier to understand Manson when he speaks. Another problem with this recording - random seconds are missing. There are sudden jumps and I don't know why. |

The sound is pretty good, some crowd chatter but not bad. The 1st hour the in house sound mix must have been messed up as the instruments are much louder than Manson, but it is cleared up later. |

Handheld video shot of the giant monitor at the amphitheatre
which was showing a live broadcast of the show. The broadcast of the show itself
is from multiple POVs with good close ups. The taper has trouble centering the shot on the
monitor at first but gets it steady after a few minutes. The begining of Terrible Lie is missing
and the recording stops before David Bowie begins his own set. |

Notes: Taped FOB around center court, second row behind the pit. Midway through "Starfuckers," Marilyn Manson makes a surprise appearance to help finish the song. Trent straps on a bass guitar, and they kick into Manson's "Beautiful People". Trent has some mic problems during the first song. I adjusted the levels during a couple of the tracks. This is a new transfer done from the DAT master in May 2009, and supercedes all previous transfers, as they were EQ'd or underwent DAE. Raw transfer with no fades or EQ.

First show of the new tour captrued at the Sasquatch Festival. Cuts early because the batteries in the camera died. I found out during Somewhat Damaged that the max record time on the camera was 3 minutes. This led to basicly a video clip show over the audio. That said, about 60% of the video is from the show, the other 40% is pictures to take time over the audio. Take it for what you will, but it is the only video from this tour up so far.

This is the last show with Aaron North and Jeordie White and the last as this arrangement of band-mates. Surprisingly this recording is not bad for being taped with a cassette recorder! Very rare recording just because of the fact its in Honolulu and usually none of these shows ever get taped at this island. So this is awesome. Performance is great! |

First show of the tour. This is a fantastic recording by Jon. Very crisp and just amazing quality! This is what you expect out of high quality gear! The only things done to this recording is I matrixed the left and right channels together, because the left channel was only schoeps and then the right was only the AKGs. So I matrixed both channels with each other about 45%. I then went on to amplify up to (just under peak) 0db. Nothing was done on the EQ side because there was no need. Here is the first night of the tour in high audio quality. |

-About a 5 sec cut in Heresy where the camcorder shut off.
-Tape ran out about 2 minutes into Head Like a Hole.
-Another brief cut during Head Down where the camcorder shut off.
-Strobe lights kept messing with the auto focus and steady cam which
caused blurry pictures and shaking.
This is the first show I've ever tried to record and it shows.
There are a few scenes where heads get cut because I was trying
to enjoy the show while taping (harder than I thought). The
camcorder jumps all over the place in the beginning, but it
does get a little better into the show. Picture-wise there are a
lot of problems too as the lights were messing with the auto-focus
and it would take a while for it to clear up (by which time there
were MORE lights). The strobe lights also messed with the
steady-cam causing a lot of shaking in the picture.
I couldn't get the letterbox feature to work on my Mac so it's all
in 16:9. |

OldManPolk DVD Source. Only took about three seconds worth of audio off the camera's source and blended it in with an excellent recording supplied by tooligan (http://tooligan.infinitehosting.net). The video is a bit shaky and out of focus in a few spots, but that's mostly during the first few songs as I had a couple of jump-and-pumpers right in front of me before they shuffled up closer to the front. |

MD Source - Sony MZ-R50 > Line In > WaveLab > CEP > WAV > FLAC
Hi-MD Source - Sony MZ-RH910 > USB > WaveLab > FLAC. minor mishap of my AT831s coming unplugged from the batt box, luckily I noticed
near the end of Sin or I would only have my regular MD source. The first two songs
are from my regular MD, and the Hi-MD source comes in about 3:32 into Sin. The Hi-MD audio is untouched as I
don't feel it needed any touching up at all, it sounds fantastic. |

This recording turned out pretty good, regardless of the amount of chatter going on during the show. Luckily the sound was clear and loud enough to drown most of that out. |

added checksum and text files. |

Kensey Source. Notes: This was recorded at 24/48...yet adobe nor CEP does 24 bit mixing, so to hastily post this i used Adobe
to split the tracks. The 24 bit version will be uploaded soon using wavelab (version i had was not Vista compatible)
Turned out better than anticipated (DTE is an outdoor venue/ampitheater) was worried about accoustics
but the recording turned out nice. Was able to film the complete set with a Samsung HD camcorder (thank you plague_dog32)

extracted the audio from the HDV using Sony Vegas 8, loaded it onto Audition and took my raw 24bit wav and synched the two, trimmed where neccessary.I then took the raw video and loaded it back onto Vegas, removed the cam audio and inserted the 24bit audio, rendered the file, and opened the finished file in ULead, creating all menus and chapters, and saving in a "vob" file format. All in all it was a 3 day process im very proud of, and i put my heart into since this meant alot to me, and im hoping that everyone enjoys what they are watching on this. The audio on the main page was taken from "The Downward Spiral (track 14" of this same show), as well as the background picture

SpaceMunky13 DVD Source. Video: NTSC 1280x720 H.264, 720p, 29.97 Fps 16:9 widescreen
Originally recorded in .MOV format; used iDVD to burn.
Audio: 2ch LPCM Stereo 48000khz. Video a bit shaky during Home & Beginning of the End- drunk girl in front of me kept smacking her hands into my camcorder. Also had to put down my drink to film! My battery died after The Day the Whole World Went Away; missed filming band introductions due to switching out batteries. Audio out of sync during Heresy/Mr. Self Destruct- SORRY- I'm not a video editor, but I'm gonna try to correct the problem in Final Cut once I teach myself it! Partially obstructed views during The Hand That Feeds & Head Like a Hole due to Sasquatch taking pictures to my right! |

Sound Quality: excellent and in stereo, some very slight wind and later in the set rain noise. Just before the chorus of Head Like A Hole the power went out and everything was dead, no sound, no lighting, no video screens.
