mixed aud sources via Warner [2007-08-27]The 3 aud sources have very different amounts of crowd noise - some have lots of hollering, other has nearby talking about parties the conversants have gone to. Acoustic set - Deep Elm Blues always good - Operator acoustic. SHow gets a split rating - variable sound quality makes it a tough listen to casually get into, but there is some consistent playing which reflects well the acoustic and electric sets at this time. The drums segment before TOO is too long - Attics is paced very well. This LMA comment seems apt "I had a hard time focusing on the tunes w/ the audio levels bouncing so dramatically. In some cases there is such a difference in audio quality that the songs don't sound like they are from the same taping source (or even venue). When you have to jump up to turn down/up the volume or reballance the EQ or fear that the next song is going to blow your ears, it makes for an uncomforatable listening experience. There are conversations taking place amidst the music that, while interesting, could probably be avoided. Show is overshaddowed by the technical dificulties (2stars). Set list is decent(3stars)."
