Notes rolfe - sound quality a tab below the typical Rolfe recording - sounds that he was a ways back so he picked up more room reverb, or maybe it was the hall. Set 1 is well played typical 79. Ste 2 is given lots of attention and starts with a good Dancin' -> Franklin's Tower,. The He's Gone-> Caution (Do Not Stop on Tracks) Jam-> The Other One-> is what gives this show its positive reputation. The bass intro to TOO is very forceful. The Caution jam is not as good as the one in Nassau in 81. Drums seemed uneventful but the Not Fade Away is tight, infectious without much wankery. The rest is strong but typical 79 playing. A fun show and a good but not great aud recording worthy to hear the crowd reaction to the pre-drums set2.
