Notes composite by Cotsman [2007-08-28]The aud portions have non-distinct/muddy base. I wasn't that excited about the Smokestack that starts set 1 - from the TC review you'd think it would be obviously superb. The Dark Star that starts set 2 isn't a great one - it has an early portion where guitar feedback by scraping the strings in a sparse manner, sort of sci-fi-esque. A Feelin' Groovy jam and an 11 tease by some of teh band members. The NFA is a very early one, so the band is feeling this one out and its a mite repetive - but its sandwiching inside St Stephen will become a warhorse combo. That leaves Lovelight - it is a rather lengthy version with some Pigpen matchmaking and what sounds like a UJB theme jam that morphs into what Cotsman says "resembling Love Is All Around by The Troggs, whether by intention or coincidence".
