It's basically my master aud, played back on a NAK DR1 using Azimuth adjustment to get the sound just right, to a Sony PCMR500 48KHz SBM on digital transfer. The CD transfer was done by Ziggy (who, BTW, is JIGGY), with no sound processing whatsoever. I listened to it a couple times before sending it to him, and a week ago, and didn't really think it needed a boost of any kind... Both days were BEAUTIFUL days in Palo Alto. we got there early both days, fretted and fumed in line wondering if we would sneak our decks in or not (hated that fear and loathing feeling, HATED IT). Gates opened, and we ran up front, both days, about 20 ft back from stage, center. Perfect viewing area, as well as the sound. Tremendous. |
