Notes:

Most other sources split the final set after "Cortez", which more evenly
balances the last two discs, and is perhaps a more logical dividing point.
However, the arrangement found here (as I received it) does allow you to
squeeze the Black Crowes set onto the end of disc 5 (now disc 4) by using
an 80-minute CD-R, overburning, or some between-track editing, if you so
desire. I decided not to mess with disc 4 and 5 (except to split "Shine
On" and WYWH), and let the individual downloader decide where to split
the set.

Originally, the Crowes set was split between the end of the Phil disc
and the end of the second WM&F disc. I figured just about no one would
want to hear it this way, so I pieced it together and removed the fades.
If you want it back that way, it's easy enough to do, but if you really
want to save that one disc, I think it's much preferable to include it
as a single chunk at the end. Unfortunately, it's not possible to
squeeze the show onto 4 discs with the Crowes set on a disc with the
start of the WM&F set, as the only logical break comes just 31 minute
in, leaving more than 86 minutes for the second disc -- obviously not
workable.
