| Tech Notes | Rolling Stones Could You Walk on Water (Sister Morphine MORPH 14) Outtakes, alternate versions & remastered classics from 1964 -1968 presented in excellent quality. Many are rare stereo versions. First 10 tracks were meant for an album bearing this very name. A brief summation for those who don't know the story: The Stones cut some tracks in late 1965 for an early 1966 album to be titled *Could YOU Walk On Water?* The Stones cannot, and they find this out when Decca refuses to issue the album with such a title. By the time the Stones give in and agree to change the title, they have recorded a few more songs, and the original track lineup gets revamped, with several tracks falling to the temporary wayside. Some eventually surface on singles or the American Flowers album Disk 1 19th Nervous Breakdown Sad Day Take it or Leave it Think Goin' Home Mother's Little Helper Sittin' on a Fence Don't You Follow Me Ride On, Baby Looking Tired Have You Seen Your Mother Baby, Standing in the Shadow Stupid Girl Flight 505 High and Dry Out of Time It's Not Easy I Am Waiting What Do Do Long, Long While Who's Driving Your Plane?
