Jones: Keyboards NOTES: As you can see by the diagram above, this is not a single source recording. This is a hybrid of an ALD source and an AUD source. Both sources were imported into Sonar Cakewalk 2.0, then sync'd together, mixed, and exported to .wav files where they were burned from Wavelab 3.4 The ALD source was lacking in dynamics, and the AUD source was a very good AUD. By combining the two sources, one dynamic source was created that has the intimacy of the ALD, and the warmth & feel of the AUD. In my opinion, the result is superior to either source alone. There is a slight 'tinny-ness' that is noticeable during audience segments. This was on the the ALD source, and I did not attempt to remove it. It isn't noticeable during the music. |
