| Tech Notes | 7/1/71 PHILADELPHIA SIGMA SOUND STUDIOS FM SOURCE This is the first ever live Todd Rundgren concert that is known to be recorded. It was broadcast live on Philadelphia radio station WMMR. Jim Rowe, who also recorded Todd?s Runt and Ballad of Todd LP?s, did the mix. It is unclear if this recording was from the FM broadcast, or if it is from a cassette recording made at the radio station. Regardless, the cut in track 11 is the result of the tape-flip. The bonus track is from a different, though very good, source, and is complete. Exact lineage is unknown, but they are not multi-generation tapes. The sound is real nice. The ?pre-broadcast banter? may in fact have been broadcast, listen for someone telling Todd ?this is going out?. Track List: 1. Pre-Broadcast Banter/Intro. 2. Believe In Me 3. Lady On A Terrace 4. I Got My Pipe 5. It Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference 6. Rock All Over Again 7. Everybody In The Congregation 8. Broke Down And Busted 9. Tonight I Want To Love Me Stranger 10. Ooh Baby Baby 11. Hold Me Tight (Cuts) 12. Before I Grow Too Old 13. Be Nice To Me 14. I'm Feelin' Better 15. The Ballad (Denny And Jean) 16. Bonus Track: Hold Me Tight (Whole Tune) 402MB Checked with shnttol-ok |
