Originally ripped with Exact Audio Copy (secure mode and calibrated drive) from an original distribution master disc. These tracks were ripped from the resulting copy, again EAC, secure and calibrated. A sync error was reported at the end of the first disc, track 4, but the copy reported ok with a "track quality" of 99.8% and no audible problem. All other tracks ripped perfectly, with track quality of 100% and no errors reported. I have included a copy of the EAC rip log for the curious.

The original tracks were untitled on the disc and contained multiple songs. I've retained the multi-song/track format.

There was no artwork associated with this disc. The label was plain text, as was the accompanying cue sheet booklet. I have taken track/song listings from the cue sheet booklet. The booklet gave only the date and location of the interview tracks. I titled those two tracks based on content.
