notes: The only amplification was from the onstage monitors - as Skerik
noted, they were "trying to take advantage of the acoustics" of
the room, and were relying on the house P.A. as little as
possible...luckily, there was very little crowd chatter,
so the horns came through quite well on the recording. Disc
I is a bit softer - Disc II is when the band starts to really
pick it up.
