Okay, This was my first show at the Beachland. The Ballroom is this old converted Slovak community center in
east Cleveland, still with this subtle ethnic motiv. Walking in I could just picture a big Polka shindig
fifty years ago. It's really small (smaller than an elementary school gymnasium). That being said, this is a
surprisingly ambient recording for such a small venue. I mean, the walls are all cement and the stacks are in
these angled corners, so that probably has something to do with it. If you get the chance and haven't before,
go check out a show at this place, I had a blast. I know Antibalas will be there next month.

Enough rambling...

One Set on two discs (use 74's if you like, I only buy 80's anymore), with Dub Trio filler on D2.
(Dub Trio opened, but I only taped 5 songs or so, I needed all the 9V power I had for the Soulive set)

Disc One:
1. Intro/Aladdin
2. Kraz Fast
3. One in Seven
4. J-Live
5. Uncle Jr.
6. Azucar
7. Steppin

Disc Two:
1. Tuesday Night's Squad
2. Liquid
3. Crosstown Traffic
For the Encore:
4. Fast Maceo

Tracks 5-9 D2 are Dub Trio, I have no idea what the songs are titled. On their first song (D2T5), I realized I forgot
to switch out the AA's in my DAT, so I had to cut out for the rest of the song.

Special thanks to the guy who gave me the setlist in exchange for the torrent (sorry I forgot your name),
I would have been lost tracking this show without it, I don't know their material too well.
Anyone else who jumps on this one owes him a thank you too!
