d1t01- at around the minute mark, the volume dropped. in addition, it
sounded like the source changed. i opted to start d1 at this point and
left off the first minuite of crowd noise entirely.
d1t05 tape flip after "el paso", gap removed
d2t02 tape flip after "good lovin", gap removed with a crossfade
d2t04 has PA distortion several places from ~3:50 thru ~5:00
d3t01 tape flip during "space", thud removed gap remains
d3t04 tape flip after "sugar magnolia" gap removed
