*You would never know there was an analog gen in this source
if it did not chop the last 10 seconds of Foam.On my dat,
there is a 9.843 second pause gap at Foam's end.
I repaired that and it is now .442 seconds long.
I elected to leave part of it in there because the
cutting of Foam is a little painful and it does
not seam up to My Friend at all, so we must live with it.
I am unsure of the location of the analog flip in Set 2.
It is a clean one. There are 2 potential places for it,
but both have been repaired:
1.46:30, the beginning of Weekapaug. If this taper crammed
all he could on this 90 min cass, then this is where the flip is.
You will not notice anything really.
2.54:25, there is a slight hiccup here which I have repaired.
If this taper used a 110 min cass, then the flip could be here.
This is a possibility because there is slight tape drag
at the begin and end of set 2 which is a classic symptom
of the 110 min. cass.
With all this said, this is a fabulous recording.
I will venture to grade this "A", even with the
slight Set 2 tape drags and the Foam chop.
The analog hiss is so low level that I chose not
to do any Noise Reduction.
Kudos to this analog taper,Whoever you are!!!!!
