Bertha Remaster of the Master Cassette source.

SBD>>MC>>DAT>>CDA>>WAV(EAC)>>DAW(Bertha)>>CDA/SHN - Sound A

Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by jashley@deadacated.com on February 25, 2004.

Corrected the following audio errors:
1. Noise spike at 29.958 sec of d1tr1 - removed
2. Drop out at 2:55.071 - replaced 3.392 seconds with alternate sbd
3. Drop out at 16:15.815 - replaced 1.872 seconds with alternate sbd
4. Drop out at 43:34.073 - replaced 6.717 seconds with alternate sbd
Tech Notes Note: After capturing the video, the audience soundtrack (from the video) was exported and then loaded into Adobe Audition along with a copy of the sbd\aud audio. Then, an unique note at approximately 1 minute intervals on the video soundtrack was found and matched to the same note from the sbd. Some modification (ie stretching or shrinking) to the length of these segment was required in order for the sbd to flawlessly match the captured video. The original video audience track was then muted and the sbd tracks imported as background music prior to creating the master dvd.

The video was captured at 720x480 resolution (DVD) at 6000bits\sec to create the original mpeg2 file. The camera was on a tripod and a 50-200mm lens was used for some great closeups. Takes (1) dvd. I did not make a vcd as I made one during 2002 that still circulates.

Audio\Video Flaws:
1st set:

1) The first 48.767 seconds of the start of 1st set were added from the video soundtrack to give a better lead in.

2) Before the start of Stagger Lee, 43.673 seconds were missing from the soundboard. Used audio that came with video to fill in.

3) No other flaws noted during 1st Set

2nd Set

1) The first 2 minutes 10.767 seconds of the start of 2nd set were added from the video soundtrack to give a better lead in.

2) 6 seconds into Help on the Way, 3.308 seconds were missing from the video. Used graphics to fill in.

3) No other flaws noted during 2nd Set
