Notes:

* I had to smooth out two spots around 0:25 into the OSW intro.
These spots would most definitely cause damage to speakers.
The origin of these two spots was something with the recording
equipment that caused very loud and sharp spikes.
* Remember, this came from analog so tape flip crossfades were
implemented to smooth things out.
** The pitch of the show was first verified with Henry Hart to
make sure it was up to his standards.
