Audio Notes:
-Audio source for dvd was digitally remastered using a custom built,
Dual DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by jashley@deadacated.com, on September 19, 2001.

Video Notes:
-VHS from Cryptical, out of the crypt and into your hands.
-Capture, encoding and DVD authoring by awolfoutwest69.
-Audio synchronization by MattMan (mlcole@wayne.edu) using Adobe
Audition to compress/expand the audio in multitrack mode to match
the original audio and convert sample rate to 48KHz on February 13, 2005.
(1) Camera mic audio: 00:00-01:25.
(2) Videographers repositioned tripod at 21:01, and as a result, they missed the
beginning of Row Jimmy Row. I aligned the audio so that we could listen to the
beginning of Row Jimmy Row eventhough there is no concomitant video. What there
instead is rather; you will notice Bobby pulling the pin from a faux grenade and
then toss the grenade into the Mickey's kick drum--"Kaboomb!"
(3) We Bid You Good Night was a second encore.
