Fixes:
-Range of static reduced (but not entirely eliminated) from d1t05 @ 5:06-5:08.
-Cut made for static in d1t05 from 5:19.285-5:19.368.
-No left channel existed for the recording off all of set 2 and most of Set 3. Right channel was copied over the blank left channel for these portions (d1t10-d2t06 and d2t07-d3t01). This creates a mono effect, but it is better than silence on one side (IMHO). True stereo recording returns @ 2:27.99 in d3t01.

Notes:
-Volume drop @ 5:08.51 in d1t05.
-d1t06 is identified as ?a k.d. Lang song?. The given title is my guess at the real title of the song.
-Tape flips between d2t02+03 and d3t02+03. There is some music lost at the close of d3t02. The cut at the end of d2t02 is after the song has ended.
