Stevie Ray Vaughan   ??/??/1939

SRV'S Lost First Album, Nashville, TN
Media FLAC   1 disc
Notes The liberated boot, "The Legendary Lost First Stevie Ray Vaughn Album". The bootleg CD cover has some cock and bull story about how "The one and only surviving test pressing was recently discovered
in a cupboard in South Austin, Texas where it had lain for the
last 19 years...", due to contract issues. Apparently the real story is
that the band didn't like the way the album turned out
and paid a large sum of money to keep it from being
released. As you would expect, someone got their hands
on a copy and bootlegged it (and we, music traders, have officially "Liberated" it!! He He:). Due to the brevity of the Nashville '78 session the bootleggers added a live soundboard recording featuring Lou Ann
Barton and three tracks featuring Johnni Reno on saxophone. Fun listen for historical reasons. Visit http://leopig.com/heathernova/others/SRV-Nashville78.htm for the full story and links to artwork.
