Fidelity varies on the recordings here, but overall, these are very well preserved. A good number of the tracks have a drum machine in place of a live kit, and the vocals are rather low in the mix for a good chunk of the collection. Still, this is a fascinating look at the development of the Toadies, and any fan will love the hell out of it. |
