There are tape cuts/fade-ins in the source between "Shenandoah..." and "Why
Are You Crying" and between "Do Right Woman" and "Dark End of the Street,"
which I left alone; there is also a cut between "White Line Fever" and
"Colorado" which had about eight seconds of very hissy tape noise between
the tracks, which I removed and substituted with two seconds of silence.
There was also a fade-out/fade-in with overlap at the start of "Do Right
Woman," which I spliced at 0:04.
