Notes Notes: Unfortunately, the tape with the first set and encore has
been lost. The cut for the tape-flip in drums occurs at track
time 08:07.806. (The LMA source is cut in the same exact spot.)
Soundforge was used to clean-up around the pauses and tape-flip,
and to make fades. Thanks to Ted for taping and to Jim for the
transfer...ENJOY!
