Run time 120 minutes. After being kept under wraps for so long, I am pleased as punch to present you with this peachy-keen (that's "DAMN GOOD" in slang English) set from Alvin Lee and Co. Due to a (ahem) slight misunderstanding, I was under the impression that it had to be held back from you. Maybe it still does. Oh, well!! What's the worst they can do... request it be removed or ban it, right? (Just kidding there, it's perfectly ok - I think. Come to think of it, you *may* want to set phasers on stun for all your other DAD activities) You will notice that they didn't perform their stock repetoire that evening. Maybe they were dazzled by Messrs Cornick and Co and wanted to fight back or something like that. Either way, Alvin is in a startling good mood and most certainly does NOT play as if the janitor plugged him in for the evening. Quite the party animal isn't he? Oh, yes... There's that taper's assistant going at it again, fortunately not too often. "That's All She Wrote, Mayn!!!" You may be able to tune him out, or you may be able to laugh at him or you may be able to laugh with him, but you can't edit him out. Just think... he was in the presence of Bill Graham AND got to witness this stuff in person. Oh, my God... if all of us could do the same via time machine. |
