*Yet another killer Gov't Mule show, when do those guys not kick your ass with a grin??? The sound on this one improves once the acoustics get tweaked just right, merging it from an A- grade to a solid A. Its great hearing Mule with a piano, let alone with a sax, it really gives the band a full feel and allows a lot of interplay jamming throughout the show. Highlights include a great version of "Feelin' Alright", a 12 minute "Compared to What" which really highlights Greg Osby, the Low Spark of High Heeled Boys which is almost 20 minutes long and would make Traffic blush if they heard Mule play it, and a beautiful version of Afro Blue. Great stuff...
