I only remember the
Scarlet->Fire: Jerry was alive and vigilant. His chords were powerful and he started to sing the song with conviction. Not missing a beat, he sang the versus and what ensued was a velvety jam for several measures. Right when you think he would go back into the "wind and the willow", he slams down another measure for good fun. power chords. it was a good time. The segue jam into Fire was (my favorite analogy) like a hot knife into a stick of butter. It just oozed and melted until Phil had had enough and started the THUMPPING into the intro to Fire. A couple of measures of Thumpification and then Jerry hits that effect (I think you guys said its called a Neutron pedal?) and then we were off. Clearly he was having a great time with Fire and each verse was lyrically correct and the jams were powerful. The final jam/outro seemed to lose its stride a bit, but Jerry pulled it together to end it.
