Ok, this is exactly the same lineage VHS tape as cosmikd's, same flaws, same artifacts. IMO it's one Gen lower and in it's original NTSC format. If it isn't a gen lower then the VHS is likely to have had the same source for cosmikd's conversion to PAL seeded here: http://www.zappateers.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=5604

Main difference:
The red cast is not on this version - As Obdewel_X says, this is only really a minor upgrade, but noticeable on larger screens and in side by side comparison.
