They played two sets, and of the 20 songs, only repeated Cherub. This recording is coveted as it contains the only know live performance of ‘Sea Ferring’. Not even the Rembrandt Pussyhorse demos that have surfaced include it. Here is the only alternate version to the LP…It’s performed as an instrumental, which is kind of a shame, but still is superb. Trevor’s brass accoutrements are mysteriously missing from this gig. Usually pulled out fer ‘Something’ and ‘Whirling Hall of Knives’, strangely silent here. Because of this, it was often thought to be after Trevor’s tenure with the band, but it has pretty much been confirmed that this recording is with Trevor. - notsaved |
